At Nobility LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to request them.
1. Ticket and Service Refunds
Cancellations by Customer:
Refunds for cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
A 50% cancellation fee of the service cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances (at our discretion).
No-Shows:
Customers who do not show up for the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
2. Service Delays or Interruptions
If we are unable to provide transportation due to vehicle issues, weather, or other circumstances within our control, customers may be eligible for:
A full refund for prepaid services, or
A rescheduled service at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or acts of third parties.
